Modern Formal Garden, Whalley Range ~ 2016
A very stylish couple in Whalley Range, Manchester required a stylish and modern garden design which took inspiration from the formal Italianate garden style.
We located the main entertaining space at the rear of the garden using composite decking, black slatted screening and a built in bench seat. We added a hammock and loungers to enjoy the sunshine and softened the whole look with a limited planting palette of green, white and purple.
Self-binding gravel pathways around the geometric central lawn enable all weather use for this multi-generational family and their beloved dogs.
